Founded in 2019 by Nick Gregori, Canal Street Research offers bespoke research and consultancy on all aspects of UK residential property. Our areas of expertise include house price forecasting, demographic trends, development strategy and policy analysis. We are able to carry out work using advanced data modelling and GIS mapping techniques, along with qualitative research projects.
